At Gym Equipment for Home Gym, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process to make things right.

Return Timeframe You may return any item within 30 calendar days of receiving it.

Return Eligibility To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or receipt).

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Personalised or custom-made goods

  • Digital or downloadable content

  • Gift vouchers

EU Consumer Rights

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, for a full refund including standard delivery costs. Items must be returned in original condition. Contact us within this period to arrange a cancellation and return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Delivery costs are non-refundable unless due to our error or a defective item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible for faulty or damaged goods. Please contact us promptly if you require an exchange.

Damaged Goods

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged. Provide photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of error or damage. However, we can offer discounted return labels via DHL, DPD, or FedEx.
