Regions We Deliver To We ship across the United Kingdom, European Union, and select international countries.

Order Handling Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation.

  • Weekend and holiday orders begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days

  • UK Express Shipping: 1–2 working days

  • EU Shipping: 5–10 working days

  • International: Varies by location; estimates provided at checkout

Delivery estimates exclude handling time and may vary based on courier performance and location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery destination.

  • Free standard shipping for UK orders over £100

  • Customers outside the UK may be liable for import duties or taxes

Tracking and Delivery Issues

We provide tracking numbers via email after dispatch. If your package is late, lost, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of expected or actual delivery.

Address Changes

We can amend delivery addresses before dispatch. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
